Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Triple A Cards! Please review our shipping terms and conditions before placing your order:
1. Shipping Methods & Fees
• Logistics Partner: All orders are shipped exclusively via SF Express.
• Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat shipping fee of HK$35 for all local orders (this will be automatically added to your total at checkout).
• Delivery Scope: We support delivery to SF Stores, SF Business Stations, SF Lockers, as well as commercial and residential addresses.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
• Handling Time: Once payment is confirmed, in-stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
• Order Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your SF Express tracking number. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and phone number (mobile numbers are recommended to receive SF Express SMS notifications).
3. Packaging & Protection
• We understand the unique collectible value of sealed boxes. Every order is packed with professional care:
1. Products are securely wrapped in thick bubble wrap.
2. Shipped in a sturdy outer cardboard box.
3. Filled with cushioning materials to minimize movement and protect box corners during transit.
4. Shipping Liabilities & Terms
• No Local Pickup: We currently do not offer face-to-face meetups or self-pickup services. All orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner.
• Box Condition Risk: While we take every precaution in packaging, minor box indentations or pressure marks may still occur during transit. Any minor cosmetic damage to the outer box (such as slight corner dings) that does not affect the integrity of the internal product is not eligible for return or exchange.
• Parcel Inspection: Please inspect the external packaging for any severe damage upon arrival. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
